Driven by curiosity and persistent to make my own cake,  My mum given me this very first recipe to bake my own Orange Ciffon Cake.   Our family loves this light ciffon cake till today.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EGG WHITE - 6 + 1 teaspoon tarter powder&lt;br /&gt;EGG YOKE - 6&lt;br /&gt;FINE SUGAR - 100 Grams&lt;br /&gt;FLOUR - 120gms + 1 teaspoon baking powder&lt;br /&gt;OIL - 2 tablespoon&lt;br /&gt;ORANGE - 1 (BLENDED), SHREDDED SKIN&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Beat the Egg white, sugar and tarter powder with high speed.&lt;br /&gt;2. Mixed orange juice, orange skin. Egg yoke, oil well then add flour and baking powder&lt;br /&gt;3. Add the Mixture (2) to form like egg white.&lt;br /&gt;4. Preheat oven temperature to 175 0 celcius.5.
